Returnering af varer

BLACK COLOUR ApS tilbyder 14 dages returret gældende fra den dag du modtager dine varer. Udfyld venligst den returformular, der følger med din levering og pak den sammen med de varer du ønsker at returnere.

Hvis du er kunde i Danmark, kan du vælge at benytte den medsendte returlabel og aflevere pakken til samme transportør, som den blev leveret med. Vi vil ved kreditering af dine returvarer fratrække kr. 39,- i retur fragtgebyr. Alternativt kan du vælge selv at arrangere returfragten.

Du er ansvarlig for at pakken er forsvarligt pakket ind. Varerne skal være ubrugte, i original emballage og i samme stand som ved modtagelse. Hængemærker skal stadig sidde på varen.

Du har det fulde ansvar for de returnerede varer, indtil de er fysisk hos os. Vi anbefaler derfor, at du altid sender med Track & Trace, så pakken kan spores. Bemærk, at vi ikke modtager pakker sendt pr. efterkrav.

Return Sweden & Germany:

If you are a customer in Sweden or Germany, you can choose to use the enclosed return label and deliver the package to the same carrier that it was delivered with. Note! When crediting your returned goods, we will deduct DKK 90 in return shipping fees. Alternatively, you can choose to arrange the return shipping yourself. We recommend that you always send with Track & Trace so that the package can be tracked.

Return from other EU countries:
Black Colour offers 14 days of return, valid from the day you received your order. As a customer from other EU countries return costs are at own expense and we recommend that you always send with Track & Trace so that the package can be tracked. 

Please note that we do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.
As a customer abroad, you are responsible for sending the goods back to us and you are responsible until the goods are in our warehouse again. All products must be in same condition, as when received. We take no responsibility for missing packages.
